We recently moved to the area and unfortunately have encountered several issues with our vehicles. Due to a recommendation from friends that live here Big O was the place to go. Keno at the Surprise location took great care of us. They provided quick service that was guaranteed. Highly recommend Big O for any and all auto services.

All I have to say is that I'll never trust a dealership mechanics @ Toyota of Surprise. They lied about needing breaks on a vehicle that's not even two years old. Barry & team @ Big O's checked the breaks & reassured me that no breaks are needed. Thanks Big O's for being honest & for not taking advantage of my trust. Love you guys

Took my Civic in with a free oil change coupon. They were very friendly and professional. Matt walked me thru the credit card options and I was approved which is great when you can’t pay for repairs right way. I will be taking my vehicles here from now on.

Keno is always so friendly, polite, and helpful. If he or Barry ever leaves this store I will go where they are. I gave a 4 for quality of service only because the technician (name unknown) left grease on my arm rest, steering wheel, and gear shifter which seems to be a common occurrence. It did get cleaned up but only after I complained about it. Technicians should be REQUIRED to put plastic on the seat and wipe up what they touch. I don't want greasy clothes touching my seat.

I had an oil and filter change, all is well, But my dashboard still shows I need an oil change, they did not turn that off and I do not know what to do to correct this.
