Joshua was my sales associate... He was great. Very courteous. Answered all my questions. Explained all that they had found, or had one of the technicians explain it. And, had my new tires, brake pads, etc done in short order. It was the kind of service I've grown to expect from Big O over the years.

The man at the front when I came in, Ben, was very nice and listened well about my problem. It was really great, especially after the lousy service I'd gotten from the Walmart auto department the day before. Ben took great care of me and had my flat tire fixed in record time. I also saw the excellent customer service he gave the lady who'd come in after me.

I would have liked to be reminded of the nitrogen charge. I would have opted out. I consider that an option and should be stated verbally. I know the customer signs for authorization of the work. But your customer may not know what the listed item means or in this case the benefit. I haul landscaping materials. If it is heavy material I increase the tire pressure for the short term. So now I have a mixed gas and the benefit is now lessened.

Both Josh, and John, did very well at explaining, and showing me what service, and repairs were actually needed, with reasonable price quotes. There are many mechanic shops in Parker, but they were very helpful when it came to giving a second opinion on needed repairs, compared to other mechanic shops.

Dropped off a tire with a screw in it at 7 AM .Sylvester was very polite and helpful. Said would be about two hours . I went back at 8:30AM and tire was ready . I asked if he coukld take a tip back to the person that fixed it and he said " Absolutely ,he will really appreciate it and he took it to him right then and there,. Great service as usual along with respect ,and friendliness. Keep it up You all just keep improving.
