They did a great job. My first visit was for a nail in my tire. So happy I returned a week later for oil change and new tires for my wife's vehicle. Guy's there are awesome to work with.

This is my second purchase from a Big O Tires location. My experience here was much better than the last location. I am happy to do a review for this location. Blade (I believe) was the salesperson. He definitely knew his stuff. I felt like he talked a little fast but I was able to keep up. Everything he said was exactly what I got. The work performed was clearly done right as well. The alignment and tires made a dramatic improvement on my car. Thank you to the entire team at this location.

I always drive out of my way to make sure I come to that particular Big O store. I think the management and the staff know what they're doing if they are courteous and if something happens they take care of it I would recommend the store to anybody

The two gents at the service counter are always great and pleasant to deal with. Every time I go there its a good experience. I will be a ling term customer because of those employees. I believe the better you treat your employees, the better they will work for you. Cheers!

Sometimes I think the guys get into a bit of industry jargon too quickly... for instance in my case I had the front end checked out in late April... replaced all the struts/shocks at that time... new tires, alignment.... so I came in there Monday for a oil change, radiator flush, rotate and balance as well as alignment. Everything went like clockwork and the folks seemed to be on top of things. When getting the report on the car the fact that the alignment was out (already) surprised me. Anyway so I mentioned that and was given the quick explanation that was something like 'the bump between Power Rd and the parking lot can throw it out". Doesn't seem like a good explanation to me.

Words cannot express the tremendous gratitude that my family and I have for Andy. He went above and tremendously beyond to help my young daughter and I when my truck unexpectedly stopped working. He was relaxed which helped me to calm down and very professional. It was because of Andy that my daughter and I were able to overcome this overwhelming situation. Thank you Andy. You are appreciated more than you know.
