My oil/filter change and tire rotation was completed as promised. I love the ladies' day discount!

It was after noon when I brought in my vehicle for the Ladies Special oil change and tire rotation. When I hadn't received a call by 5:30 knowing you close at 6:00, I called to see if my car was ready. It was just coming off the rack, so I was able to pick it up before closing time. My car is usually ready sooner than that. When things are hectic and you are running late, I would appreciate a text message letting me know about what time to expect my car. Thank you.

I was in for Safety Inspection and arrived at 7:00 am and was cheerfully greeted by Russ. My car was ready & parked at the front door when I checked out at 7:40 am. Thanks guys!! Great job as always.

My technician was a younger man named John and he provided outstanding customer service. There was a problem with my car, John showed me the problem and proceeded to elaborately explain to me what I needed to know. John made sure I fully understood the problem, and solution.

I have been dealing with this company for years, love Thursday for ladies day! I prefer the location on the Southside. The other location is okay I was a lil disappointed there was an issue where they didn't check the gasket on my filter after an oil change and I think it messed up my engine because now my engine light is on....

I arrived at the service center about 2:30 on a Sunday afternoon with a tire that was loosing air. The guys were very prompt, professional and friendly. They told me maybe an hour and a half. they had me on my way in one hour.

I went in to have my tires which were purchased at Big O rotated and balanced and pointed out that one of the valve stem caps was missing and asked that it please be replaced. This was not done. The tires were rotated and balanced but my special request was not.

The reason for repair was shown to me before service initiated. I was given repair options. I was given ride home and picked up from home after service completed which I truly appreciated. Work completed before stated completion time. Excellent customer and mechanic services.
