Excellent service. Knew what service I needed as I approached the desk based on an earlier telephone discussion. Delivered service within time frame stated. Fully discussed need for alignment and why. Very knowledgeable customer service and mechanic staff. Excellent tire products.

I've moved to Columbia within the past 6 months and have been so fortunate to have found Big O Tires. With an older model vehicle I wanted to find a place that I could trust to do work that was needed, not overcharge or take advantage of me (a retired woman). The employees are courteous, open and honest...applying discounts where applicable and not pressuring me to get extra work done that is beyond what I've asked for or need. I definitely recommend them as they do more than simply sell tires.

Asked them to put the best tire (bought four of them) of the used ones to be put on the back of the vehicle. They did that but the bolts weren't tightened down! Very dangerous! Other than that, service was fine.

It's difficult for me to find a mechanic that I trust. Even for an oil change, so many places want to give you a consultation about what the computer says is wrong with your car.....and all I want is my oil changed! But Russ and the crew at this location are great. They don't try to screw you over with all kinds of things that you don't really need and they listen to what you want. I've come to trust them which is why I keep coming back. Big O has a poor reputation in Jefferson City for being outrageous with things, but at this location they get it right. Keep up the good work!

The blower motor went out on my 2013 Honda Insight. During replacement, apparently the speaker wire to the right audio speaker was either broken or left disconnected. I will report this to the store ASAP. I did not realize it until we took the car on a road trip and wanted to listen to music as we traveled. The heater works well, but the collateral damage needs to be repaired.

Had grandsons 2011 Malibu in for headlight replacement back in Nov. Problem re-occurred in mid-January. Bulb replacement on that model is a real pain as it involves removing the front bumper and grill of the car. Your guys got right at it, replaced some bad wiring that was apparently missed the first time. Everything works and there was no additional charge. Thank you.
