Participants will be eligible for rewards for each qualifying set of 4 KYB Shocks or Struts including MonoMax, Gas-a¬just, Excel-G, Strut-Plus and Truck-Plus installed on trucks & SUVs. Qualifying "Truck Months" part numbers include KYB applications cataloged for pickups, trucks, vans, minivans and SUVs. Vehicle classification is determined by Autocare Association parameters and KYB product application information. KYB reserves the right to make any judgement calls. Rebate redemptions are only valid on sets of 4 KYB truck products installed between 11/01/20 - 12/31/20. Qualifying sets of 4 KYB products must be for one truck and on one invoice. Sales can be combinations of KYB products, provided all are installed on the same truck. The official platform must be used for logging a submission with required proof. Proof of the installation invoice from a professional service facility, or a retail invoice is required and must show qualifying KYB shocks, struts, Strut-Plus or Truck-Plus. Proof should be a legible copy or photo of that invoice or receipt and a photo of the 4 UPC box tops. No box UPC barcodes are required with a valid installation purchase at a professional service facility. Submissions must be completed no later than January 15, 2021. All qualifying KYB purchases must be in a single transaction and appear on the same receipt or invoice. Submissions must be entered no later than January 15, 2021. Only one KYB MasterCard® Prepaid Card per person, household and/or household address. Commercial addresses are not eligible. Offer void where prohibited, taxed, licensed or restricted.
