Purchase a minimum of $250 of qualifying NAPA® brake parts in a single purchase between May 1 – June 30, 2021 to claim a $50 Prepaid Visa® Card. Submit rebate online only at NAPARebates.com by July 15, 2021. Installation additional. Valid at participating Big O Tires locations. Qualifying NAPA® brake parts: All NAPA® branded brake products, including Adaptive One® Pads, Akebono® Brake Pads, Adaptive One® Coated Rotors, Adaptive One® Performance Rotors, Total Eclipse® Calipers, Adaptive One® Calipers and Nugeon® Calipers. When submitting rebate enter promo code MAJORACCOUNTS. Submit with installation receipt showing qualifying NAPA® Brakes part numbers and purchase price circled. Limit one (1) rebate (maximum $50) per customer, two (2) per household/address. No substitutions or transfers of any kind allowed.
